1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Can Man Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at https://intellectual-red-rooster.69-62-67-44.cpanel.site and our bin cleaning subscription service, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Can Man Solutions provides professional garbage and recycling bin cleaning services on a subscription basis to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada. Services are provided at the curbside address registered in your account following your regular municipal garbage collection day.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer monthly and quarterly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Can Man Solutions to charge the applicable plan fee at the start of each billing period. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes (HST). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6.
Payment Hold Policy: All new subscription orders are placed on hold pending review by our team. Your payment method will not be charged until your order is approved. Approval typically occurs within 1 business day.
4. Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe, and Interac E-Transfer. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. For E-Transfer orders, your subscription will remain on hold until payment is received and confirmed by our team.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused service time within a billing period. 6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a re-clean at no additional charge. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where service was not performed due to our error. We do not offer refunds for missed service due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: bins not left at the curb, access restrictions, or inclement weather.
7. Service Scheduling
Service is scheduled automatically after your registered collection day. We do not guarantee a specific time of service. You are responsible for ensuring your bins are left at the curb on your regular collection day. Can Man Solutions is not liable for missed service if bins are not accessible.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure bins are placed at the curb on your regular garbage collection day.
- Keep your account information (address, email, phone) current and accurate.
- Ensure a water connection is accessible if required by our technician.
- Not place hazardous, biohazardous, or illegal materials in bins prior to cleaning.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Can Man Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Service Area
Our services are available in the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, East York, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Newmarket. We reserve the right to decline service outside our coverage area.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
